Terms of service

These terms cover your use of ksgroup.work and the services of KSG Crisis Management. By submitting a case or engaging us, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
The service
You send us links and a short description of the problem. A person reviews your case and replies by email within one business day with our review and a flat fee quote. If we cannot help, we say so plainly and you owe nothing. Nothing is filed without your go-ahead.
Quotes and fees
Every engagement starts with a flat fee, quoted in advance. The fee is the amount in the quote for that engagement, nothing more. There are no hourly rates and no surprise charges. You pay only after you approve the quote. If the scope changes, we quote again before doing more work.
Your authorization to act
When you engage us, you authorize KSG Crisis Management to act as your representative for that case: to file reports with the relevant platforms on your behalf and to manage those filings through to the end. By submitting a case you confirm that the information you give us is truthful and that you have the right to request the removal you are asking for.
What we do not promise
Platforms decide the outcome of every filing. We prepare and manage filings carefully and follow up until there is an answer, but we cannot guarantee that any content will be removed, or how quickly. KSG Crisis Management is not a law firm, and nothing we say or write is legal advice. If your situation needs a lawyer, we will tell you.
Communications
We work mainly by email. When you submit a case, we email you a private status link and send all updates about your case to the same address. These case emails are part of the service. Reply to any of them to reach us; a person reads every message.
Acceptable use
Do not submit knowingly false claims. A false report can harm someone else and can carry legal consequences for you. If we find a case rests on false information, we may decline or close it. Do not use the site to harass anyone or for anything unlawful.
Liability
We do our work with care, but the service is provided as is: we promise careful work, not a particular result. Our total liability to you for any engagement is limited to the flat fee you paid for that engagement. We are not responsible for the decisions platforms make, or for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and changes apply from the date they are posted.
