KSG Crisis Management runs ksgroup.work. This page explains what we collect when you send us a case and what happens to it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you submit a case, you give us the links you want handled, a short description of what is wrong, an optional category, your name if you choose to share it, and your email address. That is the full list.

To slow down abuse, our server notes the network address a submission comes from. We never save it to our database; it lives only in the server's temporary memory and disappears when the server restarts. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for a limited time, like every website host.

How we use it

One purpose: reviewing and working your case. Your email is used to reply to you about that case and nothing else. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to any list.

Where it lives

Your case is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase. The site runs on Vercel. Emails go out through Resend. These three providers process data on our behalf so the service can run. No one else receives your information.

Who can see it

KSG staff working your case. That is all. The database refuses all public access; only our own server can read or write case records.

Emails we send

You only hear from us about your case: a confirmation when it arrives, our review and quote, an update when your case is filed, an update if the content comes down, and replies to your questions. No marketing, ever.

Your status link

Your private link shows the progress of your case. It contains a long random code that is practically impossible to guess, and it needs no login. That means anyone holding the link can see your case status and the links you asked us to handle. Keep it as private as the case itself.

Keeping and deleting your case

We keep your case record so we can work it and answer questions later. If you want it gone, email info@ksgroup.online and we will delete the case record. We will first check the request really came from you.

No tracking

The public site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no trackers. The only cookie anywhere on ksgroup.work is a sign-in cookie for our own staff in the case dashboard. Visitors and clients are never given one.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
